SensorBrain 앱(Android·iOS) 계정과 그 계정으로 수집된 데이터의 삭제를 요청하는 방법입니다.
삭제 요청 방법
참여 중인 연구팀에 요청하거나, 아래 양식을 채운 뒤 이메일 보내기를 누르세요. 메일 앱이 열리고 내용이 채워집니다. 메일 앱이 열리지 않으면 표시되는 내용을 복사해 support@simsimi.com로 보내 주세요. 이 페이지는 입력한 내용을 어디에도 저장하거나 전송하지 않습니다.
본인 확인을 위해 연구팀에 등록된 정보로 확인 연락을 드릴 수 있습니다. 요청을 확인한 날부터 10일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다. 대리인이 요청할 때는 위임 사실을 확인할 수 있는 자료를 함께 보내 주세요.
삭제되는 데이터

삭제되지 않거나 일정 기간 남는 데이터
- 법령·연구 규정상 보관해야 하는 정보: 연구 계획서·동의서나 관계 법령이 보관을 요구하는 경우, 연구 동의서에서 정한 기간과 범위에 따라 다른 데이터와 분리해 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 해당하면 요청에 답할 때 그 사유와 기간을 알려 드립니다.
- 이미 개인을 알아볼 수 없게 처리된 연구 결과: 이미 분석되었거나 발표된 통계·논문 등에 포함된 비식별 결과는 특정인의 것으로 가려낼 수 없어 삭제할 수 없습니다.
- Android 앱 동작·오류 정보(Google Firebase): 계정과 연결되지 않은 앱 인스턴스 기준 정보로, Google 정책에 따라 오류 보고는 90일, 앱 동작 이벤트는 2개월이 지나면 자동 삭제됩니다.
계정을 삭제하면 해당 연구 참여도 끝납니다. 연구 참여 철회에 관한 사항은 연구 동의서와 개인정보 처리방침을 함께 확인해 주세요.
Delete your SensorBrain account and data
How to request deletion of your SensorBrain app (Android and iOS) account and the data collected with it.
How to request deletion
Ask the research team running your study, or fill in the form and press Send email. Your mail app opens with the request filled in. If it does not open, copy the text shown and send it to support@simsimi.com. This page does not store or send what you enter anywhere.
We may contact you using the details registered with your research team to verify the request. Requests are completed within 10 days of verification and you will be told the result. A representative must include proof of authorisation.
Data that is deleted

Data that is kept or removed later
- Records the law or the study protocol requires us to keep: kept separately from other data for the period and scope set in the research consent form, and then destroyed. If this applies, our reply tells you why and for how long.
- Research results that no longer identify you: de-identified statistics or publications that already include your data cannot be traced back to you and cannot be removed.
- Android app events and crash reports (Google Firebase): tied to an app instance, not to your account; Google deletes crash reports after 90 days and app events after 2 months.
Deleting your account ends your participation in the study. See your consent form and the privacy policy for withdrawal from the study.
